For recruiting teams
Win the candidate with their own comic bookWITH THEIR OWN COMIC BOOK
Every offer letter looks the same in a PDF viewer. A comic where your candidate — or your new hire — is the hero of the team they're about to join says what a compensation band can't, and it shows up while they're still deciding.

Why this beats the welcome box
Turn a maybe into a signature.
When the packages are within a few thousand of each other, the tiebreak is who made them feel wanted. This is the part of the process the other two companies can't copy in the time they have left.
The offer goes out
So did two others, and one of them may pay more.
The comic arrives at their door
Nobody else sent a story where they're the hero.
They accept
And they tell people how they were recruited for years.
They're comparing you against two other offers
What every other company sends
- A welcome box: water bottle, sticker sheet, branded socks
- An offer letter that reads like every other offer letter
- One more post about culture that nobody reads twice
What a comic does instead
- Puts them on the cover of the team they're about to join
- Proves somebody paid attention to who they actually are
- Gets shown to their family the day it arrives
Close the candidatewho has three offers
When the packages are within a few thousand of each other, the decision comes down to who made them feel wanted. A comic starring them, delivered while they're deciding, is not something the other two companies are going to match.
Make the first dayworth telling stories about
Onboarding is mostly forms and logins. Put a comic on their desk — or in the post to their kitchen table if they're remote — where they're the new hero the team has been waiting for, and day one starts somewhere better than a laptop setup guide.
Ten years deservesmore than a plaque
Anniversaries, retirements, the person who carried the team through a brutal quarter. Recognition lands when it's specific, and nothing is more specific than an issue written about what they actually did.

The questions you're about to ask
Is it strange to send this to someone we barely know?+
It can be, if you send it cold. It works at the offer stage and after acceptance, when they've met the team and the gesture reads as enthusiasm rather than surveillance. Ask them for a couple of photos as part of the process — that conversation is also your permission.
Where should the photos come from?+
From the candidate or employee, with their okay. Please don't send us pictures scraped from their social profiles: it's their likeness, and asking makes the gift land better anyway.
Can it arrive before their decision deadline?+
Usually. Most comics are finished within 2 days of ordering, and the digital edition can be sent the moment it's done. Printed copies ship 4–7 business days after that, so if the deadline is tight, email us before you order.
Can we do a whole onboarding cohort?+
Yes. One business checkout covers a batch of recipients, and for a larger intake the volume form lets us quote timing and pricing — including shipping each comic direct to a remote hire's address.
What if the candidate turns us down?+
Send it anyway if it's already made. People remember the company that treated them like a person on the way out, and recruiting is a long game — plenty of second-choice candidates come back a year later.
What happens to their photos and details?+
